Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "r444" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at r444.site, including all games, betting markets, account systems, cashier functions, and support services offered therein.
• "We," "Us," or "the Operator" refers to the licensed entity operating the r444 platform under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "You" or "the Player" means any individual who registers an account on r444, accesses the platform, or participates in any game, betting market, or promotional offer available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by you on the r444 platform, used to access games, manage your PKR balance, and claim promotional offers.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited by you into your r444 Account and available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or bonus amounts credited to your r444 Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before those funds or any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

1. 2. Age Verification: r444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during the registration process, upon any deposit or withdrawal request, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds, with Real Money Balances returned subject to the Operator's standard verification process.
3. Jurisdictional Eligibility: You represent and warrant that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access r444. The Operator does not warrant the legality of online gambling from any specific jurisdiction. Responsibility for determining local legal compliance rests entirely with the Player.
4. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) r444 Account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
5. Own Behalf: You must be registering and using r444 on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Use of another person's Account, or allowing any third party to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.

To access real-money gaming services on r444, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your r444 Account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. r444 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Security Obligations: You must notify r444 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your login credentials. r444 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which we strongly recommend all players enable.
• Account Verification: r444 may request identity documents including, but not limited to, a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name) before processing any withdrawal. This KYC process is a mandatory licensing requirement and cannot be waived.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your r444 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure requests where a Real Money Balance exists will be processed within seven (7) business days, with remaining verified funds returned to your registered payment method.

r444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards where supported. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on r444 is PKR 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for deposits above certain thresholds.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited into your r444 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity. r444 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your r444 Account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) business hours to be credited. r444 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Currency: All Account balances, bets, payouts, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. r444 does not charge a currency conversion fee on PKR deposits or withdrawals.
• No Deposit Fees: r444 does not charge a fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which r444 accepts no responsibility.
• Chargebacks: Any Player who initiates a chargeback, reversal, or dispute on a deposit made to r444 without legitimate grounds will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in permanent Account closure and recovery action.

r444 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions govern all withdrawal transactions from your r444 Account:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees).
• KYC Prerequisite: All withdrawal requests require completion of r444's KYC verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed to any Player whose identity, age, or payment method ownership has not been verified to the Operator's satisfaction.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit (or the Player's primary verified payment method on file). r444 reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific payment method in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Processing Time: r444 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within two (2) business days for bank transfers. These are target times; actual processing may vary based on payment provider timelines and compliance review requirements.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Balances and bonus-derived winnings that have met all wagering conditions may be withdrawn.
• Right to Verify: r444 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request pending completion of additional verification, fraud checks, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such delay and its approximate resolution timeline.

r444 operates a promotions programme including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is published:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds credited to your r444 Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Wagering Requirements may only be fulfilled by playing specific game categories as stated in each promotion. Contributions from different game categories (e.g., slots vs. live dealer tables vs. sports bets) may differ and will be disclosed per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus offer may be held in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active and unsatisfied may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: r444 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom where, in the Operator's sole reasonable determination, a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or use of irregular betting patterns designed to manipulate bonus value.
• Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you choose to withdraw your Real Money Balance while an active unsatisfied bonus is held in your Account, that bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that remain unsatisfied at the expiry date specified in each promotion's terms will be removed from your Account automatically without further notice.
• Operator Discretion: r444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

r444 is committed to providing a fair, transparent gaming environment. The following conditions apply to all games and betting markets available on the r444 platform:

• RNG Certification: All casino games on r444 (including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles) are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by the Operator or any third party.
• Published RTPs: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within the information panel of each slot and table game on r444. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent individual session expected returns.

• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or game interruption during a live game session, r444 will take all reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state and settle the round fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and all staked funds returned to the Player's Account.
• Disconnections: r444 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's internet disconnection during an active game session, including losses sustained during live dealer game rounds where a Player's connection fails after a bet has been placed and cards or spins dealt.
• Game Rules Precedence: Individual game rules, as displayed within each game's information interface, govern the conduct of that game. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's specific mechanics.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under your own identity, a third-party identity, or a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the r444 platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing any third party to use your Account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with the intent to defraud the Operator or other Players.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the r444 platform in a manner not intended for human Players, including but not limited to auto-spinning, auto-betting scripts, or odds-comparison arbitrage bots.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the r444 platform or any game offered thereon. Players who identify a bug are obligated to report it to r444 support immediately; exploitation of known or discovered bugs constitutes fraud.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using r444 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r444 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.

r444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms or any supplemental policy incorporated herein.
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by r444.
• r444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion involving the Account.
• A Player has been identified as self-excluded, either through r444's own self-exclusion system or through a multi-operator exclusion registry to which r444 is a participant.
• A Player requests voluntary Account closure.
• r444's licensing obligations require the suspension or closure of an Account in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure following a breach, r444 reserves the right to withhold Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any Real Money Balance held pending investigation or in satisfaction of confirmed losses owed to the Operator. Verified Real Money Balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days of resolution.

r444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational principle. The Operator acknowledges that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provides the following tools and safeguards for all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Reductions in deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly net loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed during that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders, which generate an on-screen alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the duration of their current session and cumulative session activity are available in Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from the r444 platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. r444 will not accept re-registration attempts from a self-excluded Player during the applicable exclusion period.
• Minor Protection: Players must not allow any person under 21 years of age to access the r444 platform using the Player's Account or device. r444 recommends the use of parental control software on shared or family devices.

All intellectual property rights in and to the r444 platform, including but not limited to the r444 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to the Operator. These rights are protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any r444 content without prior written authorisation from the Operator.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any r444 software or game engine.
• Creating derivative works based on any r444 content, branding, or game mechanics.
• Using the r444 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with the Operator without explicit written consent.

Any unauthorised use of r444's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account licence and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r444 and the Operator exclude all liability for the following categories of loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the r444 platform:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or business, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the use of or inability to use the r444 platform for any reason.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service provider outages that affect access to r444 or the processing of transactions.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account suspension or closure for breach.
• Losses arising from a Player's internet connection failure during an active game session.
• Losses arising from the Player's use of any third-party software, extension, or tool in connection with the r444 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law. r444's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the Player's Real Money Balance held at the time the claim arises.

The r444 platform is provided "as is" and "as available." The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or RTP figures for any specific session, or the fitness of any game or product for any particular purpose.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which r444's operating licence is held.

In the event of a dispute between you and r444 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the r444 platform, the following dispute resolution procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You should first raise the matter with r444's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. r444 will endeavour to resolve all Player complaints informally within five (5) business days of receipt.
2. Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through informal channels, you may submit a formal written complaint to r444's compliance team. The Operator will issue a formal written response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Regulatory Recourse: If a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint procedure, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence r444 operates, in accordance with that authority's published complaints procedure.
4. Arbitration: As a final avenue, unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, consolidated claim, or representative proceeding.

r444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their Account with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory instruction, or for the prevention of fraud or harm to Players or the Operator.

The current version of these Terms, together with its effective date, will always be published on this page at r444.site/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the r444 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the r444 platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms. r444 will return any verified Real Money Balance to you upon closure request.
